Change is possible ...
You’re probably looking for a therapist because there’s something about your life you want to change.
I can help you gain better insight to resolve problems and learn how to deal with stress, conflict, loss, anger, fear and depression.  Most people benefit from therapy when they feel comfortable in the relationship with their therapist and attend weekly sessions. I've created this website to help you
get familiar with me and my services for individuals and couples before you make an appointment.

You might sit, stand or lie down -- some forms of mediation even involve movement -- but the idea is to break away from habitual movement, such as fidgeting, and the impulse to 'do' something. By focusing on the breath, we focus on the most important aspect of life. We wouldn't survive long without breath, so why not spend a few moments paying attention to our breathing. Listen now.
